I think I’d prefer Prosecco. Champagne sounds more like, hey, I’m celebrating the fact that I actually got a date. Maybe with a bit of cassis to show off your worldliness. But that’s just me.

Jessie has an amazing smile and it is sincere. The way that she mixes humor with knowledge makes this videos fun and informative. I hope you continue to create more videos with her……..

I’ve seen her in action at the bar and she really is knowledgeable about the wines and makes suggestions to guests all the time. Smart + attractive = marketable personality.

One thing: music in the back ground…..jazz creates a nice relaxing atmosphere. Save the Berry White CD for the dessert wine course (my favorite is a nice tawny port with a flour less chocolate cake, which is pretty easy to make and you can do it ahead of time). Recipe for seduction: 1 part Barry White, 1 part chocolate, 1 part port or dessert wine, 1 part conversation (focused on her eyes, not her rack), then simmer for 30 minutes and see what happens.
