Stellenbosch, South Africa - $23

This past Tuesday we hosted Ivy League Wine College at Ivy Restaurant. Boston’s newest wine store, Bin Ends, supplied six different South African wines all paired with food. When asked to vote on their favorite wines, the 40+ attendees overwhelmingly chose the 2007 Mulderbosch Sauvignon Blanc.

Why, might you ask? Maybe because it’s light, crisp and perfect for sipping in the summer sun. With flavors of green apple and tropical fruit it was enjoyed by red and white wine drinkers alike generating quite a buzz around the room.

Every year the Mulderbosch wines seem to get better, proving that the South African wine industry is only getting stronger.

Drink with mussels (like at our event), grilled veggies or 40 of your newest friends.
