Wednesdays are big days for The Second Glass team. It is the day the new Weekly Dig issue is distributed for that week. Every Wednesday morning Tyler comes into the office with a stack of issues. He hands one out to all of us and we immediately flip through to our favorite article, The Second Glass wine column. Once the rustling pages stop, there is complete silence for a few moments until it is disrupted by laughter. We have had the column since the beginning of the New Year and so far we have covered anything from Valentine’s Day recommendations to a guide to the Boston Wine Expo. Whatever occasion, our column will provide you with what to drink and how to drink it.
